Golf

Within easy driving distance of Tullybay Holiday Homes are three excellent links courses in Co Donegal and in Co Fermanagh, two superb parkland courses, one of which is only 8 minutes drive away. All standards of golfing ability are catered for.

Castlehume Golf Club is approximately 8 minutes from Tully Bay. Although a comparatively new course it none the less offers championship standard golf with curvaceous greens, rolling fairways and challenging water hazards. Clubs, carts and buggies can be hired.

Enniskillen Golf Club is set in wonderful parkland on the edge of Castle Coole Estate. Established in 1896, this 18 hole, par 71 course offers superb golf with excellent panoramic views over Enniskillen and the surrounding countryside. Clubs and carts can be hired.

Donegal Golf Club, Murvagh, is a magnificent, 18 hole, 73 par, golf links hidden away on a rugged sandy peninsula and screened by a wall of dense woodlands.

Rosses Point, is one of Irelands great championship links. Founded in 1894, it plays host to the West of Ireland Championship each year. An 18 hole, links course.

Bundoran Golf Club, is one of the oldest in the area and situated right on the sea front. An 18 hole, champion course, lessons are available with two instructors on hand. Clubs and carts can be hired.

Walking

A recently published guide to '25 Walks in Fermanagh'. From the heart of Enniskillen Town to remote mountain tops, from wonderful lakeside paths to ancient parklands, these walks offer the ideal opportunity to sample Co Fermanagh's unspoilt countryside firsthand. Each walk is given a 'Fact File', listing distances, terrain, other attractions and approximate times. Copies may be obtained from the local Tourist Information Office in Enniskillen or from our Reception.

Riding

Fermanagh and its neighbouring counties of Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim give the trail rider an insight into some of Ireland's most beautiful and untouched counties. Riders will be taken by experienced guides through a landscape as varied as quiet lakeshore trails to sandy beaches pounded by Atlantic waves, cool forests to rugged misty mountains, bogland clad in purple heather to gentle rolling green pasture.
